By Qing Pu'er standards this Raw Pu'er is just out of it's first trimester of aging, being a bit over 10 years old. 30 years of aging is considered the entry into the Mature category of Qing or Raw Pu'er tea.

Even at this still developing age the leaves will produce a highly satisfying steep especially if care is taken to extract more gently with a water temperature of 175 and at first a lighter tea broth color. After a few steeps, gradually increase color slightly and enjoy cup-after-cup of silky and sweet tea broth.
